The Somewear experience for family and friends
When you send a message, your family and friends will receive the text message showcased. They can respond directly to the SMS or they can create a free Somewear account and download the mobile app for the most user friendly experience. Once they’ve downloaded the mobile app, they will no longer receive an SMS, instead they’ll receive a text directly within the Somewear app.
As soon as the Global Hotspot owner initiates a tracking session, you will receive an additional text notification. You’ll be able to select the link and see their real-time tracking as they go about their adventure. You no longer need to sit at home worried if they’ve made it back to camp.
